A car definitely required, perfect for family or couples. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. She recommended a great resturant to get dinner, much appreciated.

A beautiful place to stay in the idyllic Tuscan countryside. The hostel owners were beyond helpful and were incredibly nice, making our stay one to remember. Thank you & we'll be back soon!

This place was very difficult for us to find. If you're driving, we'd recommend using a GPS because the street signs aren't very helpful. It was a lovely relaxing spot to stay though, and had a good restaurant & gelateria nearby.

Fabulous place to stay, Fabiola and Stefano were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. Il Molendino is in a stunning and peaceful location, each room has it own individual charm and character, beautifully decorated and very clean.
Breakfast is delicious and plentiful (Freshly baked Peach Pie, Tuscan hams and cheeses home made jams and fruit salad as well as cereals croissants and yoghurts etc...) Mmmm!!!

An amazing place to stay! If you are going to Pisa dont stay in the town stay here! About 20 mins from the town by bus (to Calci), you'll have a great experience. Very welcoming, the highlight of our trip!
