Very unhelpful, ignorant and arrogant staff. Although advertised as a hotelB&B, breakfast is not included, nor is it at the same location. To get to the 'sister hotel' where breakfast is served, it is required to take a water bus, and a 10minute walk.

My only complaint is that we were not permitted to shower past 11pm which was quite a great inconvenience.
