For India standards it's a great clean place with ac and hot water....even a tv and fridge. The location was nice too

This hotel was dirtier than many hostels that I have stayed in, and was also far more expensive to book online than it would be to simply walk in and ask for a room. Needless to say, I wasn't happy to discover that I was paying more than double the standard room price simply because i made the booking online. Althought $35 per night is not much, the hotel wasn't worth the amount considering that there were other nicer places for less. I was not impressed.

Room was clean, very noisy fan and ac but at least we had ac. The area was not very nice, close to Victoria station so you could walk everywhere. Window to an imnterior corridor so felt quite stuffy. Don't think i would go back there. Restaurant next door, Saffron, was very good though!

It is quite clean for India, but don't expect to much for European it really dirty.
Stuff was ok, but dont expect that they will help you with touristic information. They don't know lot of importanmt thinks, example that in Mondays Elephant island are close. With security we don't have problem, i even leave my pasport there, because it seems better than take it with me to Mumbays sightseening.
