we are seasoned travellers, laid back kiwis that dont often require much.. but this place was the pits!! staff very unfriendly and don't want to know who you are. hotel is located in dodgy area, felt very unsafe the whole time. not recommended to any traveller. find somewhere else in the city to stay.

Was a nice place to stay, very close to the train station. No internet and limited English.

1. Heating: in a could and rainy day there was could.
2. Toilet paper: There was only one for three days
3. The hotel is placed in fact in the 3 rd floor without lift

Why visit Naples? it's pretty ummm slumly...just hit Rome I would advise.

The staff were quite unfriendly, but the place was really nice and in a good location. Very close to the train station.

No hot wather.Constant and horrible noise due to staying nearby motorway. Moreover, guests are awfully and not nicely attended.
