this is a family run hotel which takes an interest in its guests and gives very good individual service.

When I first arrived, I was very happy with the staff. But after a couple of days I was harassed and eventually convinced to book a trip to Pokhara-Jomsom. After my 1sty day trekking I relaised that I had been ripped off (big time). They had 80 - 100% markups...once back in KTH I approached them regarding this matter and of course they denied it.

its a nice hotel, but the recption staff we rude and unhelpful. on the first night they gave our room to someone else and moved us to another hotel, not something you want to do after a long journey travelling.
