VERY noisy at night - thin walls, structure that carries soundecho, and downtown location = bad night's sleep!

I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Encino. My room was clean and comfortable, I felt safe leaving my things there and the location was perfect for exploring Vallarta.

A few of us stayed there for a few nights out of a week long camping adventure in Puerto Vallarta. It's a great little hotelhostel located in el centro. Only a block or so from the beach. The rooms kept really clean by a super friendly staff. I definitely recommend it. When in PV also be sure to water taxi over to Yelapa.

STAFF WERE POLITE AND VERY CORRECT, HELPFUL
THE ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERYDAY. ALL THE FURNITURE WAS OLD BUT BED WAS WELL COMFORTABLE, CABLE TV ( YOU WOULNDT EXPECT THAT IN A HOSTEL LOL), AIR CONDITIONING WAS FREEZING. THE SHOWER AND TOILET WAS WELL CLEAN LIKEWISE.
LOCATION WAS GOOD, 5 MINS WALK FROM THE MARINA AND 10 MINS WALK FROM THE BEST BEACH. OVERALL, IT WAS GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

I never stayED there, AT HOTEL ENRICO, and the bad is that I tried to cancel by Hostel world, BUT DID NOT SUCCEED. MAKE CLEAR HOW to cancel. I AM A NORWEGIAN, LIVe PER. IN MEXICO, CALLED HOTEL ENRICO FROM CANADA, a vac, THEY inform: CANCEL THROUGH HOSTEL WORLDs WEB-PAGE. 3 DAYS BEFORE Ti tried TO DO IT. NO POS. NO PHONENR NOTHING, no more BOOK WITH HOTEL ENRICO, AND HAVE DOUBT ABOUT HOSTELWORLD, AND WANT MY MONEY BACK IF THEY CHARGE ME AT HOTEL ENRICO.
