It's a hotel,not a hostel so if you're looking for fun,go to another place.
Apart from that,the hotel is clean,at leats the girls toilet 'cause my boyfriend told me the boys toilet was so dirty.

Businees Hotel Chuo new annex in Osaka is very nice in my opinion.Nearly JR Staion,Cheap and convenient.

This place was located in the worst part of Osaka, but you can't beat the price when getting a single room and a private shower downstairs. The rooms smelled of smoke and hallwaysbathroom weren't the cleanest, but if you are just looking for a cheap place to stay, this isn't a bad choice.

the women's toilet smelled bad. The private shower seemed clean enough. the rooms were ok, very small (as expected). but the price was so cheap!

The place was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The area was a bit worrisome due to there being a lot of homeless around. However, we were not bothered by them. Thanks!! ^_^

I liked this hostel. The little foot warmer was very helpful and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was a bit inconvenient to walk downstairs all the time, but it was fine -- a squatty potty. Of course, everyone sleeps on the floor, Japanese style. It was funny that I had to report to them when I wanted to take a shower for them to put a sign on the door that a lady is taking a shower. Everyone shares one shower room.

Completely adequate even though the walls were a bit thin. Thankfully everyone seemed to be very quiet, which makes me believe that there weren't a lot of foreigners on my floor.
We got there a bit early, but the staff was very helpful and extremely accommodating.
The hotel was in walking distance of a zoo and Festival Gate (and I guess some shrines), but nothing much else. Lots of subway and train options around, extremely easy to get around from there.

Basic accom in Osaka, nothing wrong with the place, nothing great either (though the onsen is quite nice for a shower replacement). The rooms are amusing, because businessmen have to stay there, but fine clean cheapies. It's not in a great area, but it's safe, full of convenience stores and only two stops on JR from main drinkingeating area, so a better bet than staying near shin-osaka.
