Very pleasant and accommodating staff, excellent amenities for a hotel of this size. Nice to be in a modern facility in the old part of the city -- very walkable, quiet and convenient.

Helpful staff. Very well located though not accessible by car. Lots of noise from the street and the other rooms as well. You can hear people through the walls. I would stay at this hotel again.

Inmejorable! Limpisimo! La localizacion centrica y a mano de todos los transportes.
Fuimos en Santo Tomas, con fiesta en la calle, y no tuvimos ningun problema en dormir.
Recomendable 100%.

Right in the middle of old town, but not noisy. Lots of resto&bar. Not easy to get there by car. Actually a hotel.

perfect place to stay right in the center, very clean and modern, with an amazing pintxo bar right next door. staff was very helpful, even in the wee hours of the morning when reception was supposedly shut down.
