No lift to go to the 3rd floor, where the hotel is. Very good for one or two nights.

The only against is the huge stairs to arrive there, but is very near by train station the staff is very friendly. There is a very simple breakfast but I recomend for everybody, if I come back in genova I will stay in this hotel for sure!

good small "family" hotel, very close to the train station Porta Principe, not far from city center. room is very small, but for 2 nights - ok. will stay again if return in Genova

The staff were very helpfull and friendly. We had to catch the early train and they provided us with take-aways. The room was small but very clean.Location is great,very close to station.

Hotel was nice located, close to the Cruising Terminals and train station. Good possiblities to get food & beverage in the neigbourhood. Room was very big and had an effective climate controll. It was not too loud, even the street side was ok. Large room with big cupbords & nice bathroom. Hotel starts in first floor, hard to handle with heavy suitcase as no elevator available. Breakfast was nice & not too much, rather for a average appetite.

Very happy with this 1-star hotel. The rooms were great - plenty of room, nice beds, clean, TVs, and refrigerators. Good location - just steps from the train station. Also, the breakfast was excellent - much better than the usual fruit, bun and Nutella! Definitely recommended.

No elevator - very difficult getting luggage up three flights of stairs just to reach the hotel.

The hotel was close to the train station. Breakfast included. Relatively comfortable, clean and had air conditioning which was good as we were there in August.
