We needed proper directions of how to use the lift or simply fix the lift.

This was a shock to me and my girlfriend when we got there - we were to stay for two nights but only stayed one night after seen the room. you could see a gap and the expansion foam alla round the door - the decor was very sleezly - the bathroom although was very well presented - not sure if the hotel was in renovation or not but it certainly looked that way - the man at receotion was a lovely man and very nice.
we definitely will not stay in this hotel again.
