Very happy with the Hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved chatting to them everyday :) Their coffee was really good as well which was included with breakfast. Location was also handy, a walking distance to the city centre. Would definitely recommend this place.

It was a nice place to stay at for Christmas..great service and hospitality. It is def. more of a hotel though, not a hostel, has private rooms and is a little bit more money than other places I have stayed at, but def. worth it. Short walk to shopping and attractions

the man in the mornings was so helpful and answered all of our questions (he speaks very good english) and gave us some really good recomendations for what to do; the location is great; so close to the duomo and right outside the hotel across the small piazza is a trambus stops that takes you basically anywhere; breakfast in the morning is good: croissants, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt; i definitely recommend the hotel as a place to stay

Short, I would go again and would recommend this hotel. Our room was big enough and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and the staff friendly. Not once felt "unsafe" in the area or the hotel. Perfect location for transport from Linate Airport, to Duomo and the Central Station (Stazione Central). Wi-Fi connection is fast and has strong signal in rooms.

The number of tables at the diningroom is a little to short.

Somewhat small room but good value for money. Location is good, but locations nearby Grand Station is preferable because they are less touristic.
