We got there after walking through a dark scary ally and there was no one there and all the rooms were dark. Then the neighbor invited us to stay and just opened the doors, nothing was locked. We ended up having to stay at a hotel because it was so late and we had no place to go.

My friend and I couldn't find it, then it was down a dark ally, and then no on was there. Some random guy let us into the hostel because the door wasn't locked. We didn't feel safe so we left and worked out other accommodations. It was not a pleasant experience.

Location was excellent, though there are multible locations are the center square near the Black Church and shops (Republic Street). Brasov is nice and teh exchange rate can't be beat. Bathrooms in the hostels are new and clean (surprising for a hostel).

A lot of the facilities are NOT available; Security lockers, (safe in office only) wi fi in lobby or room, we weren't offerred croissant or water.
Pickup is good but maybe this is due to competition from other hostels hotels offerring transport & accomodation at the train station. Customer service, information and staff availability are lacking, they don't provide a map of town or tell you how to find tourist info. All this said the hostel is in a great location & has comfy beds.

Very basic (no lounge, internet, no staff in evenings), but it is a very clean place with an excellent location in the middle of the Old Town.
