This was the first place I stayed when I visited Tokyo. The location is very conveniently close to Ueno Station and nearby tourist areas. The only thing that was an issue was the room smelled of smoke and the bathrooms were "semi" clean.

「it's not bad, and a room is so-so」
location is very good. a little dingy, but can't beat the price.
staff didn't speak English well,but they are friendly.
my room was so-so,this hotel is no bad.
