Worst hostel ever stayed at. Staff don't answer the phones or respond to emails. If you arrive at the supposed "desk hours" be careful. You might be stuck outside in sub-freezing weather when no one bothers to turn up. Also, this hostel is an igloo. There is no heating inside, I pretty much kept my duck-feather winter jacket on ALL THE TIME. I lived in Finland for 3 years and I have never been as cold as I was at night whilst at this hostel. I had to wear toe warmers at night. TOE WARMERS!

A lot of games available in the common room. Also two guitars.
The only thing is that Buffalo isn't really worth a visit...

Very nice hostel. I would recommend staying here and commuting to the Falls for the day. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended! Not a party hostel!

I was EATEN ALIVE by bed bugs in this place and now have scars from them. There was NO hot water for our entire stay. We were not informed of this but found out after my cold shower. Honestly try and avoid Buffalo all together it is a s**t hole. Stay in Niagra on the Canadian side!!!!

Maybe it's not the hostel's fault. Buffalo has nothing worth visiting. It was booooring, quite peaceful. If you wanna go to the Niagara Falls, don't spend much time in Buffalo.
