Excellent service, extremely helpful, and trustworthy restaurant recommendations. Very helpful to our large group (18 travellers). Would recommend to everyone.

Perfect launching point for anywhere you want to go!! Naples itself is an insane city, though, so give the hostel the benefit of the doubt when you first arrive and are wandering down streets of graffiti and dodging cars even in crosswalks! The hostel itself is FANTASTIC, great large common area that makes it very homey. I slept very well here and enjoyed chatting with people, using computers (FREE) and so on. Great place!

Was glad to get to this place after a bad eperience elsewhere in town. No problems here but not close to Metro is a pain.

Bella Capri was very cute, like staying in a big house. I met nice people there and had a good time. I actually messed up and thought I made a reservation at HOstel Del Sole, so I went there first. When I realized my res. was actually at Bella Capri, I found Capri had a nicer feel to me than Hostel Del Sole, and I was glad to stay there. The place is very clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

An easy walk (15mins if not less) from the Centrale. On the docks (was good for going to Pompei and on the ferry). Free internet and brekky. Cheap, clean. Recommend and would definitely go back there again.
