Excellent location, staff were very helpful giving directions and calling bus company and tours for us. Hot water was great.

Wonderful location adjacent to Plaza de las Armas. Great staff. Very, very quiet, so depending on what you are looking for, it's either a perfect fit or a bit too much like a hotel.

Great place - bang in the middle of Cusco. More like a hotel than a hostel. Good, clean rooms, helpful staff - would definitely stay here again.
Only thing was it was a bit expensive - but if you want a good nights sleep, or want to be in the middle of everything - stay here.

This hostal is brilliant. Located right next to the main plaza it is perfect to nip back to while sight seeing. The showers are amazing, it is clean and the staff are very very helpful. There is a lovely view of the Cathedral from the breakfast room and coming back here after the Inca Trail was a real treat. Brilliat value for money, it should be classified a hotel not a hostal. Warmly recommended.
