Very unfriendly stuff. I came and nobody knew about me. The girl at the reception didn't care about my and watched TV. As my spanish is not fluent, I couldn't comply and went into another Hotel.

This hostel had no record of my booking and no free rooms. They were not apologetic or helpful in any way and seemed not to have heard of Hostelworld.com. Can I have my deposit back please?
