The location was fabulous and the staff was really attentive and were able to answer questions and really made my stay more enjoyable. They were very knowledgable about the main attractions in the town and knew the best spots to see. The hostel was also very clean and I was truly impressed with the overall management of the HI Quebec. I will definately return there.

good hostel, excellent location and very friendly staff.

This is like a hotel... clean and safety... but some of the stuffs were so cold to us. We cannot bring our alchohol and landry was expensive. coffee was not good but expensive. I dont recomend this hostel to anybody.

Great location, inside the wall. It's just a small walk (5-10 min) to shops, restaurants and poutine! The rooms are spacious and clean and have bedlights (!) and a little book-shelf (!!). The bathrooms are great; showers are a bit small but it's all super clean! There's also lots of activities and a bar and stuff. I'd reccomend it to anyone!

greatlocation, but the staff were not especially friendly, or helpful. Also, the head of my bed was about 4 inches from the door to our dorm, which meant no privacy and anytime anyone used the door I was woken up. Lots of loud school groups came through the hostel.

The kitchen was very clean.
