Great shuttle service to and from Heathrow and the staff was very kind.

Overall this place was ok. When I got to Heathrow, I called the hotel for directions and the guy did not know how to get to the hotel from Heathrow. He kept telling me to ask someone in information at the airport, which in return asked me to ask the people at the hotel. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel that was one mile away from the airport, but it cost 16 pounds! On the brightside, the hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable.
