Location is great, the rooms are clean, new, well kept by excellent staff, and the hotel desk people were super. Would rate this as the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam.

Outstanding. The service, rooms and breakfast were all amazing. We found the value for money at Ha Noi Phoenix 2 Hotel the best we experienced in Vietnam an would happily reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Ha Noi
