we paid the booking for double room, but they didnt keep the room for us, even gave me a used room which is with used towel, wet bathroom, hairs on the floor, dirty sheets, after complaining, they still insisted that used room is clean and no one used...what a hell..bathroom wet with hair..so finaly gave us a 3 bed room..then promised we wil have our room next day, but in the end, again, didnt, they gave another 2 beds room, and told us all rooms sold... it was not very nice experience, thought ...More

When I arrived they did not have my reservation and offered me a room for 5 dollars that looked nothing like on the website. It was bad.

Staff was very friendly and the free coffee was the best in Cambodia. great breakfast (pineapple pancake) and good food in general. I would stay there again.

I would probably stay here again if I do return to Siem Reap. Good location - loads of restaurants within walking distance. However one of the guys at the reception was quite unfriendly and arrogant. Restaurant staff were nice, but it took them ages to prepare the food.
The rooms were quite clean and pretty. The free WiFi is a plus, except that it tends to be slow at times.

A very nice place wth great facilities. It's great value for money, restauant at the hostel was good, our Tuk Tuk driver was fantastic. Reception & restaurant staff were a bit hot and cold (sometimes friendly, sometimes dismissive)...
Definitely stay here again if we come back to Siem Reap!!
