This was an excellent apartment, right near the train station and only a few minutes walk from all the restuarants and main shopping area. The bus stop was on the next street which took us all over La Spezia and the bay area. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in La Spezia. We even extended our stay because there was so much to do and see. Peter, our host, was excellent and pointed out all the good spots to go. Great apartment and the whole region is wonderful.

Beautiful apartment that we had on our own. It was great to stay there. there is a kitchen,clean bathroom and a big main bed room. There is even an espresso cafe maker. It is close to the train station and easy to leave from there to the cinque terre. We recommend this place.

This was a fantastic place to stay and base our trips to the Cinque Terre and other places from. It was very close to the train station, Gigi met us there, and gave us the low down on where to go and the local services and was extremely friendly and helpful. The place it self was very good value for money and was very clean and tidy. Heaps of room, basically a two bedroom apartment in a regular apartment building. It was great to be able to cook our own food in a full equipped kitchen!

We ended up staying at his other place in Riomaggiore and it was absolutely fantastic. Best place we have stayed in so far, would definitely stay there again.
