They have a very friendly and helpful staff. We had some problems with the keys, but they solve them quickly. The bathroom was slightly smelly at the beggining, but in average I had a very good iimpresion from this hostel.

worst hostel reason -rotten staffman. had booking for 3 day but he says its 1 day booking & started rowing. the girl checked & found that they had me booked in different room for latter 2days. paid cash for 1day. he charged my credit card for rest 2 days wo permission(inspite of having settled on cash before) when leaving i asked for receipt he blatantly refused & rowed. when i stood firm he took blank paper & wrote receipt. horrendous experience

Absolute worst hostel I have been to. One bathroom was disgusting, awful smell, could not be used. Owner entered our hostel at 1am in the morning and when we questioned him yelled "I own this place, I will go where I please and when". The owner very very very rude man, ordering people where to go, what to do. This was an awful experience.

The hostel doesn't have a kitchen and living room, only there are rooms and a bathroom by floor. I had to argue because they only want cash (no credit card). Finaly, they accepted my credit card.

Our stay here was good. It was very clean and close to Princes Street and a supermarket. One fault was that there was no lock on the bathroom door in our room, which would be okay for those travelling in a group but for anyone alone slightly off-putting. Overall we had a nice stay.

Need a kitchen and place to eat. Otherwise, good value for money.

The mould and crumbling painting in the bathrooms are quite frightening. It's sad there is no kitchen! But it's okay for the price!

the only positive aspect i can think of is the location, which itself is ok (if you do not mind people yelling in the streets and a very busy street outside your poorly isolated windows) i would rather NOT stay in this hostel again!
