This hostel has seen better times. Heating in the dorms was off. It took several minutes before hot water was coming out of the shower.And most serious: the distance to the centre of Annascaul is too far for a tired hiker who just finished 25 km on the Dingle Way.
Staff member Brian was friendly and helpful, but... no, next time I'm going to find another place.

The rooms were decent. Facilities not the most clean but if you are only there for a night it is manageable. The managerowner is a very nice guy and will do what he can to accommodate your needs. The location is terrible! Nothing to do.

the hostel's location is between camp and annascaul,the bus service from dingle to tralee is poor.so if the hostel can provide the bicycle rental service,it would be perfect.that will become the advantage of this hostel.

When we arrived the hostman that was there didn't know English. We asked for the heating and they refused to put it on. We also had to make the beds!
