One of my favorite hostels of all time. Clean, bar downstairs (2 actually), good staff, sexy bartenders, good food specials. beds very roomy and comfy. lockers that have electricity outlets so you can charge electronics and not worry they're being stolen.

A good hostel in the middle of Coolangatta. If you're a smoker though I'd consider elsewhere - it is totally smoke-free.

security was good as the floor that is the hostel (which is above 2 bars) is only accessible by a keycard and storage for my luggage was free, cleanliness was a little poor, but since the hostel is on a beach i guess that`s to be expected somewhat. the hostel was often noisy, which isnt the fault of the hostel itself, but it is something to be noted. everything else was average.

excellent for surfers! only a minute away from the beach. the staff are very friendly. I will definitely go back if I were to visit Gold Coast again :)
