cockroaches on the walls, dingy carpets, appauling kitchen...won't be recommending this place any time soon

dirty bathroom for girls, no laudry the owner should think seriously about a full change (damp, dirty, smelly) cucarrachas in rooms armchairs,sofas,curtains were not cleaned for years... i would not recommend this hotel anymore unless if some changes were made, because the fact there are lots of backpackers doesnt mean it shouldnt be clean at all too expensive for what we can get elsewhere

Highly uncomfortable beds, was black and blue from the mattress springs!!

Rather disappointed with the beds missing legs at one end and lying on the floor. Very busy at check in time - we felt sorry for the poor guy behind the desk.The other members were rather noisy at night time. Other members we met had been there one week and not had a good nights sleep due to other members talking and partying all night. Linen should have included two sheets as we were then using blankets others had used. I have my doubts about whether the pillow slips were changed.

They don't clean the bedrooms while people are there but they clean all the hostel every day. There are some noisy people at night but if you are looking for friends it is a good place to stay. Shower in your room is a good choice. The staff are really excelente. Near the centre and Kings Cross.
