excellent place to stay! the staff is really cool, nice people, a block from the beach, and a bar downstairs so its easy to meet and hang out with people from your hostel! and they also have excursions planned all the time like favela funk party, bbq dinners, tours.

Clinically clean, but characterless. Female reception staff are appauling. Every time you want to ask anything you wait ages. Even then they would be interrupted by the phone, other staff etc. I couldnt get into my room till long after check in. The room light was not working, neither was the toilet. Of the 2 other female bathrooms we all had to use, one of these was not working either.

Mix up with my payment and I eneded up having to pay more! Cute desk girls tho & good vibe, just make sure you don`t lose your receip tlike me.

the bathrooms could do with been bleached lots of black and scum on the tiles and the shower heads were broken or cold water only, also the lift was not working while i was there there are 6 flights of stairs to take its a long way up. the bar also needs to sell water.. or have a vending machine for soft drinks otherwise a good hostel

good hostel in a good location. the bar is good fun.

Better room organization. On three occasions, I tried to go to sleep, only to find someone else sleeping in my bed. Add more computers.
