The female staffer was great but the dudes were so rude and unfriendly. I would stay there again for the location alone, NOT for the customer service.

Had a great week and got everything and more that i expected from a backpackers. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I was surprised and pleased to see that the ages of the backpackers varied from young to the over 40's (like me!) but everyone mingled comfortably. Would definitely visit Oxford and stay at the hostel again!

the location is great as its near the city centretrain stationbus station but poor as its surrounded by barsclubs. try to get a room away from the road to get a more peaceful sleep!
sometimes the main door is not shut properly and thus anyone could just enter the building but since each room has its own card entry access, it balances out on the security.

I loved my stay here!!! It was always very clean, the staff were wonderful, the location close to everything...but the best was that I really felt at home. The most comfortable stay I've had at any hostel. Would love to come back.

They had breakfast and a room full of movies wa big t.v. along with internet and 2 computers to use. Pleased with the hostal.

Handy location and friendly staff. Lockers to be used with own padlock. Was very noisy - there's a nightclub below, although I slept ok with the use of earplugs.
