Was a bit loud during the nights since some of the guests were hanging in the kitchen and speaking loud all night long. In the morning there was not always hot water in the shower.
The knowledge of basic Spanish is necessary in order to be able to communicate with the receptionists.

Bathrooms dirty. Showers cold. No water at all on one day meant toilets couldnt be flushed but staff didnt seem very concerned. Free breakfast is a bit random. It was there 1 day out of 4. Its a shame because the location is good, rooms are ok and there is a nice open plan communal space, and rooftop hammock area.

The design of the hostel is pretty cool but it is in a bad location. It's off the end of the main strip in Tulum's pueblo. The staff is friendly though.
