The staff had no clue or helpfulness except for the manager. The room was alright but for the price I would not go there again. Breakfast wasnt good as it was all finished when we got there and they didnt make an effort to bring out more but were instead packing up while we were helping ourselves. Do yourself a favour a go stay in the youth hostel down the road. was cheaper and so much nicer.

The hotel was very easy to get to from the railway station and was convenient to all activities near the town. Was fortunate to meet up with Matteo who runs walk and bike adventures and he suggested some fantastic places to visit and took us on a beautiful walk through vineyards, orchards and forests to some magnificent lakes. Really made for a special time in Bolzano.

It's realy nice. People are very freindly and helpfull, they speak Italian, English and German. Note that rooms on upper floors are better than on the first. Breakfast is super. And food in restaurant is also good, but servise is not always. Note that the blode waitress makes many mistakes and you have to control all very attentively or you may not get your dish or have to pay extra 'coperto'. Generally the hotel is good and next time i would stay there again.

they have a great bike hire place attached too. and you will want to hire a bike in bolzano, its a beautiful place to ride.

Free parking!!! what a joke. You can just ad another 18 euros and park in the nearby parking. Rooms small and claustrofobical.

This hotel is about the cheapest in town but I would recomend staying at Youth Hostel Bolzano instead as this place is quite seedy, very cheaply decorated and is located above a strip club. The location is good but then the Youth Hostel is very close to the station and has fantastic views from one side. The breakfast here was good.
