rooms are clean and warm, good for the ones wanna hiking and climbing

Calluna is a great place to stay, friendly peaceful vibe, and the location is most suitable for outdoorsy types. Fantastic kitchen, and other little touches that go beyond one's expectations! Highly recommended.

It was gorgeous, you could see the mountains and lake right out the window. We were the only guests staying in that part of the house and I could not believe that such a cheap hostel could be so cosy!

Awesome views from this place! we were the only ones here so actually had a house all to ourselves with massive kitchen living room etc.

We arrived in the dark and found instructions on the reception door as to where our room was and our key was waiting for us in the door. Although no-one was there to greet us we found the instructions easy to follow and there was plenty of parking. Our room was clean and warm, bunks comfortable. We didnt use any of the hostels other facilities (kitchen or common room) but sure they would have been useful if you were staying more than one night. Thanks.

Fantastic view right in front of the hostel. It was set up like a two-story house, and from a student's perspective, it was so nice to have a full working kitchen and a living room again! It took a while for the house to heat up, but once the heaters were running, the place was great! I would totally use this hostel again for any kind of trip.

Very basic, but a good place to stay. Cheap and good kitchen facilities with a comfortable lounge. The host was helpful - helped push our car and grit the road when we got stuck in ice!

Because of unexpected events occurred. Didn't get to Calluna. But very friendly staff from the communication we had. Clear direction and proper arrangement for super late arrival (was expected to arrive around 2 in the morning)

Beautiful view from a great location on the side of the hill. Only 10 minutes walk to the centre. Complete kitchen & living space was quite comfortable!
