depends in which room you are..was quite ok.
Is not a bad place to stay, a lot of people stay.

Nice hostel just off the action of King Street in Newtown. We stayed in the building next to the main hostel that has private rooms. The room was a good size and well equipped (including tv) but a little noisy as it was near the bathroom, kitchen and hallway. The courtyard was nice to sit and relax in, but the pool (in the main building) is more like a pond! Very leafy setting, though, and a good hostel.

The rooms are very small and dark however. Great lounge with free internet. Kitchen was pretty good too.
Good location in Newtown only ten minute train ride into centre of sydney. Very friendly.

The best hostel I have stayed in!
Really cool, chilled out. Helpful staff. Loads of info & advice available. The rooms are lovely - clean & stylish.
& the area (Newtown) has got to be one of the coolest places in Sydney!!!

Had booked a 6 bed female dorm about a month before and when I arrived they had run out so I was put in with 5 guys. Pretty rubbish service. The kitchen is pretty awful here too and everyting is grubby. The Tv lounge and free internet is a bonus though and seems a pretty sociable place.

big kitchen, swinning pool, bathroom in ther room cleaned each mornings, huge TV room and 3 computers with free internet.

good location in Newtown but pretty shabby. If you get stuck out in the annex, as we did, you'll have to share with scuttling cockroaches. our nearest toilet left blocked fot three days...Sydney's huge, stay somewhere else

not q bad place to stay, but there are to many rules they need to get rip of the 11 o'clock close down, you are taking out some of the fun. There are alot of people who stay there lot term and think they own the place. But over all a good place to stay, and i did have a good time.
