very friendly and helpful staff,main building is new but the other one is quite old. breakfast and dinner are provided, meal are better than expected. location is good, few stations away from the centre and 5 mins walk to the nearest station. good price and valuable in london...

The only issue i had was come check out time there was no one at the office , i waited till 10:45 and still no one turned up. I had to leave without my key deposit as i couldn't wait any longer.

We stayed on the ground level - which had no bedbugs. We were told that on higher levels there were bedbugs. The free meals (2 per day) were very helpful and the proximity to the tube was fantastic.
