There was a confusion with our booking and arrived at the B&B only to find out there weren't any availabilities for our whole stay. I'm writing this review because the host was so lovely. She let us come up, put our bags down, use the bathroom (which was spacious and clean) and then sat down with us and helped us find alternative accommodation in Venice. The owner of the B&B, Itala, was a really helpful and friendly person. The location was slightly off-putting at first sight but was so close to the train and bus stations and convenient to the city centre that it was a fun place to stay.

Had a very pleasant stay. Excellent location and very friendly help. Lovely and clean so I would recommend this place highly. The shower isn't the best but not much to worry about

B&B San Giacamo was a wonderful place to stay. It is located within five minutes walk of the train station, which meant we only had to carry our packs a short distance. It is within easy walking distance to the Rialto and San Marco, as well as dozens of other interesting places to see in Venice. Itala, the owner, was wonderful and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this B&B.
