wasn't impressed with the embassy. Was thinking that there was going to be some sort of security when our neighbors spend the night drinking until 1 am and no one was to be scene. The reception lady said that it was my responsibility to tell the group of people to quiet down? People were sleeping in the tv room the next day and it look like they had been staying there for a few weeks. would not recommend this hostel. way over priced for a double bed...

Great location in the center of Brisbane. But there's a club in the same building, which means you hear LOUD music until 4 a.m. Anoying. The room and the beds were good.

this place is a dump. the rooms are never cleaned, the kitchen is full of cockroaches and the the place stank like dirty rotten socks.

This place needs to be cleaned a bit more often and a bit more thoroughly. Rooms a little on the small and compact side in the 8 bed dorms. Basic is the word.

Why couldn't we open a window? Airconditioning wasn't working, so there was NO air. Everything was pretty dirty and it was so noisy throughout the night.

Right in the centre of town near all the shops and bars. Noy the most atmopheric place I've stayed, but very convenient and kept reasonably clean.
