The only problem was in the arrival. I wrote them my arrival hour and the hostel was closed and their phone written in the reservation was wrong. The right phonenumber was in my reservation in hostelworld website. So, if you go to this hostel be sure that you have the write phone number and call them from station.

This is a great hostel if you just need a place to sleep. There isn't much else except for beds, so don't expect much. But the staff was very kind at check in and helpful. Spend your time in the city, not this hostel (when you're not sleeping) and you'll have a fine stay.

You'd better equip your cellphone with roaming service if you'll arrive out of their reception time, because the boss will probably not be there even you confirm the arrival time before(actually I didn't see any receptioner there even during so-called reception time). The cleanliness of the room is bad and I got bitten by something unknown which made me suffer from irration for a week. Not recommended.

Great location, fantastic staff.Excellent hostell

Its weird because there is not signs outside the building, so you have to look at the ringbell to find the place. The location is good, just aroud the corner of the Santa Croce Church, the bathroom is always clogging, and the staff are out most of the time. But they try very hard to accomplish their jobs. Not bad for the price. And internet is wireless and free. I recomend.

Don't miss your expected arrival time, they are quite understaffed and may not be there if you're late, though she's very friendly and there's hot water & free internet!
