the main problem is that we were a 5 young persons group and we shared our room with an old woman.. we don't have the same program!

Clean and good. It was located right next to two good dance clubs, Sage club and Tresor so that was a bonus. Other than that the area did not have much going on but it was close to a U-Bahn. The rooms were very tiny but seemed cleaned and I felt decently safe. I would stay here again.

only stay here if its onl;y one night and your last option. very simple nothing to do and no food unless you walk at least 10 minutes. staff wheren't helpful and rude.

The staff are very very boring, and with bad disponibilitay for help. For example in my last trip in Berlin a saturday were the open night museum, all museum of berlin open at 10:00 - 02:00 am for 15 euros, opera free in the street, etc...very good event and the staff unknow nothing, and very much details, degustation and exhibitions of tipical german food, free rides at the spree, ufff!!! the list is long. But Berlin its very good city and german people the same.

The Staff were very friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. We had a broken shower in our room and someone fixed it within 10 minutes of us telling them about it. The rooms are cleaned every day. The beds are a bit squeaky. A nice bar again with friendly helpful staff and in a good location though I recommend cycling to get around the city.
