The shower in the hallway for rooms 12 and 15 needs to be fixed. It is almost completely clogged up. The WC is not securely bolted to the floor, and wobbles when I sit on it. The mattress in room 12 is worn out. I could feel the steel springs when I tried to sleep. A good shower and a decent bed is not to much to ask. On the good side: Friendly staff and good location. Friendly advise: Please fix the shower so that it acts like a shower and not as a garden hose.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds could be better and one more chair. We preferred your place, because it was self-catering. That suited us fine.

It was in Earl's Court which is just a quick tube hop away from all of central London. The place was wonderful and in a very safe and beautiful part of town. I was very glad to stay there just to be able to experience a different part of the London culture. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quieter stay.

Perfect place to stay if you're only planning to sleep there. Nothing fancy, there was no breakfast included.
