They seem a bit understaffed and don't aknowlege you even if you've been waiting a while to speak to them. Otherwise great hostel!

We had a good stay and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I would say was the $4 per person fee for the ride to the train station (5 min drive) was a bit too rich, and they didn't inform us of the fee until the last minute.

they wanted us to pay 390 dollars for the trip because they were booked out and told us there would be no other possibility to get a trip the next day. so we went downtown and we found a better deal. quantas lost our backpacks we had to call them but all public phones in the hostel did not work. instead of offering to use their phone (we would have paid for it) she told us to go into city (30 minutes walk having 38 degrees..)

Internet cafe closes at 8 pm, might be because of Christmas period. Would be good to be able to check mails till later at night.

Staff not very friendly. Problem with a large suspicious looking white stain on the supposedly clean sheets we were given. The air conditioner in the room packed up at about 1am, so I had a largely sleepless night. The response wasn't very sympathetic and I felt a discount should have automatically been given. Best points were the great bar with good cheap food and jugs of beer for $12.

I loved my stay at Annies. The staff were incredibly helpful. Thanks especially to sarah for your help with the Mulga's tour I had a great time. Cool bar and good food, not expensive ($5). Even the girls who did the housekeeping were a happy bunch and kept everything so nice. I loved the atmosphere here. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of (outside) relaxing places and great character, I loved the portraits and magazine covers at the walls. Internet only available until 8 PM though, didn't like that. Overall I would recommend it.

The bar is very noisy - the double rooms are therefore useless. The rooms facing the sportsfield are very good
