Our room was huge, excellent location in the middle of town and easy to walk anywhere. The staff were incredibly helpful- would definitely visit again.

After checked in staff was never around, though very helpful the one time we spoke. Great location, large rooms, would probably go back if in Florence again.

Alessandra and Alex were both extremely helpful with advice on where to go and what to do. Alessandra could not have been any nicer. the location is right in the middle of everything. If you're room is on the street side, it is noisy. Shower water pressure, not the greatest. I would definately stay here again though.
