We were very disappointed. The room had a smell of smokers. The towels and sheets were not included in the price of the room. The walls were really very thin. And the worse of all : during two nights, a bunch of drunk Belgian students woke us up. They shouted in the corridor, were fighting in their room. Really annoying. My husband asked them to shut up, but after a while the went on disturbing the whole corridor. Zaragozza is really a nice place to visit, but do not stay here !

Fairly nice hostel. Paper thin walls and tedious showers, but it has a good kitchen, lots of internet access, cool staff and good location.

We were quite disappointed with this hostel. As others say, it is the only hostel in Zaragoza, and it is definitely a city worth visiting, but you get the feeling that they exploit their monopoly. There was no breakfast, you have to pay 3.50

The only think I didnt liek about this hostel is that I was put in a room with 5 males. I really think that hostel management should be sure to provide a mix of males and females because it can be dangerous - hence my 'average' for security. That particular bunch of males didnt make me feel at all safe in my room, and for that I wasnt very impressed. Otherwise, it was fine.

No habia agua caliente que para mi en invierno es impensable. Duchas no muy comodas y no facil de usar: agua ce cierra sola despues de 2 sec. y tamben como es fijo y no se puede ajustar tienes que deucharte entero con el pelo y todo-es muy incomodo.

It was way too cold in the rooms. We even had to ask at the reception to get the heating started. We had to pay 3.5 euros for the sheets (which wasn't mentioned in the internet) and there wasn't even a proper blanket included.
