A pretty nice hostel. Great location. The staff helpfully arranged a taxi pick-up to the airport when I left. The facilities are a little worse for wear, but I can recommend the hostel.

A very nice hostel with friendly and helpful staff. At certain times during day there was no water but you were told before. Showers, toilets and hostel in general are very clean. Internet is pretty slow. Rooms are basic, not all the rooms have an outside window. Some minor deficiancies but the staff earns a big bonus. Would def stay there again. ATM and food stalls right next door. Free toast and jam breakfast.

Warning! Under police investigation for multiple thefts from 'safe' boxes. Cannot recommend. Same company as North Borneo hostel.

Regulate the time people use the internet. Someone was hogging the internet for like the whole three nights i was there. Maybe block of 15mins and a buzzer will sound? Then everyone knows its someone else's turn then.

Stayed here twice. Nice hostel. Not all the beds are that good, but the rooms and bathrooms are really clean, staff is really friendly and the common room is nicely furnished, also lots of dvd's and informationfolders about Borneo and the open areas on both sides of the room create a nice atmosphere.

After we stayed not long ago in a hostal in the Philipines ouer hope was not of much but when we arived and saw the room and the frendliness of the staff it blast us from ouer feets. Everybody is realy helpfull and the hostal is in an excelent location for peopel who want everything in one. Stay here and you will have a good time!!!!!!!!!!! We will come back

Very clean and convenient. Can get a bit noisy but it's in the middle of town so that's ok. Strong recommend.
